Interested in beef with no middle man?!? Our family ranch has 3 steers that will be sent to processor next week. They will be ready around 5/25. We sell our “pasture to plate” beef in half steer and whole steer increments. (You can always find a friend to further split the beef with you!) You choose the specific cuts of beef you are interested in. Photo is smoked, chuck roast from our March steers!
